Dai is the Senior member of the Executive Team. His special focus in on the development of an overall 'ecological' focus for all of the Company's activities both within the Trekking and Travel Industries and in the social programs we operate. Ramesh has also been involved for the past 5 years as a member of the National Sanitation Action Committee, that is developing programs to address the challenges faced by Nepal to deliver clean water to its citizens.
As part of our marketing team, Ramesh Dai's focus is on the European Market including the UK.
Rakesh is responsible for administrative services and general
office management/operations. His focus on the Marketing Team
is the rapidly growing Asian market.
Rakesh has been studying in Seoul and has a good knowledge of
Korean language, English and Nepali to enhance his eight years
of business experience in the Trekking Industry.

Field Operations Manager and Senior Guide
With 12 years experience in all aspects of Trekking operations,
Ramesh still maintains an active role in guiding trek groups in
addition to the task of overseeing/directing the organization
of programs for all client groups.
As a member of the Marketing Team, Ramesh's focus is primarily
on the North American, Australian and New Zealand markets. Ramesh
has an excellent command of the English language and is noted
for his keen sense of humour.
Elsie James (aka, “MUM” )
Marketing Representative & Consultant
Elsie, our Canadian "mum", has been a Humanitarian Service volunteer
in Nepal for the past 10 years. Since 1996, she has also acted
as a Group Leader and Planner in the Trekking Industry. Many of
our unique itineraries and services have been developed in consultation
with her. Elsie's expertise and advice is as close as your Email
access. Just drop her a note and she will work with you to develop
a Nepal adventure custom designed to your interests and needs.
Elsie's trekking activities to all corners of Nepal and Tibet
have become a source of support for the several village school
projects that she has developed and manages in Nepal in partnership
with us. She is also the Canadian Co-ordinator for the International
Porter Protection Group and teaches Mountain First Aid and English
to Trekking Guides through the Kathmandu Environmental Education
Project.
